Secondary Care Webinar 2 – Best practice pharmacological treatment for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy – optimizing your patients’ care and integrating today’s treatment options (First schedule)

By the end of this activity, attendees will be able to:

• outline medications currently available for treatment of obstructive HCM
• summarize medications currently available for treatment of nonobstructive HCM
• outline appropriate management strategies for patients with HCM and how to modify them when symptoms are refractory to one line of treatment
• explain how the latest pharmaceutical treatments for HCM can be integrated into current management practices

This continuing education (CE) activity is provided through collaboration between PCM Scientific and AffinityCE. This activity provides CE credit for physicians, physician assistants, nurses and nurse practitioners. A statement of participation is available to other attendees.

3. Complete the learning activity (e.g, Live webinar or Case study) and when finished click the ‘Next step’ button underneath the content panel. 
4. Complete the Post-learning test and click the ‘Submit answers’ button at the bottom of the test. This step is mandatory, and you must pass with ≥80% correct responses if you wish to earn CE credit(s).
   You may view your responses along with the correct answers and explanatory information after you submit by clicking ‘Review test answers’.
   You can re-take the test as many times as desired by clicking the ‘Re-take test’ button. 
5. Complete the Course evaluation and click the ‘Submit answers’ button at the bottom of the page. You can complete this in part or in full but your responses help us to understand how effective the courses are that we create.
   Then click the ’Continue course’ button on the right of the page. 
6. At the course completion stage, please click the ‘Confirm complete and request certificate’ button. 
7. You can now download your CE credit certificate via the ‘Download Certificate’ button.
